Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Jerry’s Tech Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Jerry’s Tech Solutions provides in-home and group technology education and support. Services may include device setup, digital literacy training, smart home assistance, cybersecurity guidance, and troubleshooting.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and will be confirmed 3 days prior. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $20 fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or other agreed-upon digital methods. Group facilities may be invoiced by agreement.

4. Liability

While we aim to provide accurate, safe, and helpful guidance, Jerry’s Tech Solutions is not responsible for any unintended outcomes, device malfunctions, or data loss. Clients are responsible for backing up their data before service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information about their devices and to ensure a safe, distraction-free environment during sessions.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion for safety, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. We do not store passwords or sensitive information. Session notes are kept only as needed to follow up on technical issues.
